Yes It was , by working efficiency ...but i got confused as there was 25m given in th ques which I ddnt need to use in any part :-\
Anywayy I hope th curve will help us all  ;)

Efficiency  ??? I hope u did a diff variant paper, bec as far as I remember I used E=PT to solve the equation; E was 10% of the previous answer, and T was 1 second, so just substitute in the formula to find the power output....am I right?
Yeah, i think that was my same question -_-.... what was your final answer? 54000?

I put water...because technically, when the ice is in the freezer (o-4c) it gets bigger, so when they are both melted..ice will be less water (becasue it only looked bigger) and water will stay the same... You get mah flow?

liquids expand more than solids cuz there molecules are more further apart than in solids.....

are u sure 54W its correct??? because people got 54000 or something... :S
it was 54000 because dey are not askin u how efficient it is dey jus said 10% of the total kinetic energy tht was 540000 is converted to electrical so tht wuld be equal to 54000
some people sleep to dream while othrs wakeup to follow dem im the second type how abt u

both work, E=pt and efficiency...i first thought it was simple math to mutily 10% times previous answer but wen i saw ''include any equations, i realised there was a rule they wanted which could not only be (percentage X answer)  :-\...even though both get the same answer...did u guys gert th fraction as 1\8??

r u sure its correct?? cz sm ppl say we should hav doubled th mass cz slower winds are heavier and tht way the fraction would be 1\2 :S ...did u ask any teacher or anyone other than students??

i did not get 1/8 i got 11/2 according to me wen the wind speed is half the mass displace will also be half so that brings it to a ratio of 1:2
