wahab i m having the same answers az urzz!!!!!!xcept the refraction part got it az 57 or 58 i dont remember!!!can someone plz tell me the answer for the first question and y iz it unwise to close the circuit in parallel ??? ???

because they only require 6v so closing the circuit in parallel would mean that they both get 12V which is way more than what they ned and they'll burst.
can anyone tell me what they got for the damp cloth question...i said that the cloth uses the heat from the milk to evaporate the water on it...and i didnt really explain the evaporation part as there was already a question about it...

emi..
you just rearrange the equation to hald of everything u had in a but without the mass.. and make the mass the subject..
it becomes 3750
it was just 1 mark or 2 u dnt need the working for it..

and many people did the winding thing and i dont think its correct cuz they sed they wanted specifically the measurment of only one of the peices..
u cudve used calipers or a micro meter

the last question i wrote from negative to positive (aint sure)

i said connect the electric field the other way round so that the +ve is on top and the -ve is on the bottm so that the repulsion of one cancels the attraction of one

I dont think micrometer is right!
Micrometer is used to measure the diameter of something not the thickness of 6 plastic plates!!!

By the way micrometer is absolutly fine...u just had to mention divide by 10 and my teacher said u couldve used a ruler!!! the formality of the question just confused us all

but why did they mention 6-plates!

I think both answers in this case would be right! Not sure...

yeah im sure vernier calliper would be alright..they don't *have to* follow the mark scheme if they think an answer is correct n deserves marks u get them (as given on the front of the mark scheme itself) ---sum1 i knw even wrote radiation...but im not rly sure if they'd award marks for that..

what did u guyz write for how that bottle of milk stays cool cuz it had 2 b strictly in terms of molecules! ???

guyzz i wrote gm tube as the answer for the first one!!go to this link and see i think that i m rite but i m not sure http://www.s-cool.co.uk/gcse/chemistry/radioactivity/test-its/radioactivity-exam-testit.html but plz dont say that there is chemistry in the link so itz not the answer the question is of physics see question no. 2 :o :o :o
