percentage uncertainity

guys how do we calculate uncertainities and percentage uncertainities

% uncertainty= actual(absolute)uncertainty/ true value

and when u r doing an experiment and u want to find the absolute uncertainty, repeat a certain measurement twice, then

absolute uncertainty= 1/2 (range)

the range is the difference between the two mesurements

then we no need to see smallest division on d ruler or any equipment....

absolute uncertainty= smallest division/ true value

both r correct  ;)

xams r der...at d ppr u stare...d ans is no wher...wich makes u pull ur hair....d teachers glare...d grades r not fair....bt jst like d past 17yrs...WE DONT EVEN CARE !!!........

u repeat the reading twice, then subtract the two readings (thts the range), then divide by two to get the absolute uncertainty
