it's my second year of a levels. But i'm still confused about my combination of subjects. I have taken Physics, chemistry, maths, general studies[AS], computing[AS] and economics too. Looking at my stubjects most of my friends say that I have taken a huge load of heavy subjects as I want to study software engg. at higher level. Taking economics has proved a lot of burden on me. I have been doing well with other subjects. I have already completed by economics - AS. I studied economics not as part of my higher studies but just to know about the market n all. Having said that frenz can you please suggest me some tips whether or not I shoud decide to drop economics or continue with the same combination.

Plzzzzzzzzz help me . any kind of help would be highly appreciated!!!!!!!

Edward10:
i suggest u drop eco and general studies, because fr software engineering u dont need both of them.............and de admission criteria is solely based on ur grades in pcm.....if u continue with de same combination, ur just gonna burden urself like hell...........instead u concentrate only on pcm and comp studies........ull surely do well........ :)

highly_ambitious:
they Thanks edward10. even some of my teachers suggested me the same to do. but decision taking is very difficult in this case.

plzzzzzzzzzzz guys i need more answers. will you all not help me in this case??????????

iz:
yea im gna do chemical engineering so ive taken chem math phys and bio..i had general too but i dropped it last year..i wish i cud drop bio too but i wanted atleast 4 subjects...u take phys chem math and if u want a 4th subject eco or computing.

plasmatissue:
:o that many subjects?! you must be from pakistan/india....youre taking pretty big risks here, considering how important a-levels are for unis... thats just crazy man, just drop eco. and general studies- they pretty much have no value where youre going.....physics, math and computing wouldve bin enough...
