daily jogging either on treadmil or outside (i prefer the treadmil as i can catch up on my tv shows

50 sit ups and 50 push ups daily
on weekends, go play a soccer match or two with ur friends, if u hate soccer, u have basketball, swimming, handball, volley ball, etc.
another way of exercising and having fun is the nintendo wii (especially if u have the wii fit)
and if u want a healthy diet, dont eat a lot for dinner, a fruit and water is more than enough
