the law says that the induced current is such as to oppse the change causing it(electromagnetic induction)

they both have the same function
they connect the coil with the circuit so that currnet can flow through
or in other words after every half turn the current passes from one ring to the other around the coil in the opposite direction.this ensures continuous rotation of the coil

well i cant help u wid 9 a and b cause i just copied the ms ::)

for 9a..its mainly the normal explanation, that, when a current-carrying conductor, is placed in a magnetic field, it experinces a force due to the magnetic field due to the magnet and magnetic field due to current coinciding..
for b, since its the motor effect..we use flemings left hand rule...first finger, from N to S, middle finger, from + to -..and thumb gives the force, which is anticlockwise..

ah okay.. that means the current is cutting the magnetic field and current is induced in it rite?? its got to do with induction?
