All the prinint can actually be automated emails. Someone has to order the stuff and process the orders. Someome has to take photos of the products and upload them to the shop.

you'll need to make some cool designs-there are plenty of cheap  t-shirt making shops that are quite cheap so you're sure to make profit hehe

The most important stuff, which must be done promptly, is prosseing the orders. And someone must research the products and order the stuff.
