ooo Nahin .... i leave home at 5 30 am come home 4ish :(

iknow wat u mean cuz i wasnt in habit of this life style back 3 yrs n i face some health issues too
just make sure u get  alteast 7 hours of sleep
try not to take it in pieces ...its better to take it in on strach

My parents say the same thing.....but I hardly get 5 hrs of sleep which is very bad.......
