Ummm....
Question 6 c ii : Suggest an explanation why butan-1-ol cannot form long polymer molecules but ethane-1,2 diol can.
My friend told me it's because it has only one OH group, but so do amino acids and they still polymerize anyway.

I have a moles question, if i want to find the number of moles of Chlorine cl2.

I apply this formula: mass(g)/Atomic No.

eg. 35.5g/35.5 = 1 mole but since it is cl2 do i multiply the 1 mole by 2 or not

basically what i'm trying to say is does Cl2 mean that i have 2 moles of Chlorine?
