Alright, I found these notes on the scribd, but I am an unable to download it. I will really appreciate if someone can download it and then upload it here on SF.

You can download it by contributing to scribd.
Uploading an empty word document would do the trick.
Click 'read full version'. then upload and choose any document. After that you will be able to download it.
