Law and Business Studies Advanced Level

hey anyone have any tips for these two subjects...just any information to help will do...
business studies paper 3 is a real killer  >:(
I'm an A level student from Malaysia...hopefully anyone with tips can post it immediately after they sat for the exam........those in the timezone before Malaysia

Hi there.......
well i havent got anything for u regading LAW,,bt i can suggest some tips for biz studies.....

1.Always keep in mind tht the examiner might test an essay question regarding takeover pros and cons,,,stakeholders interests and biz decisions, biz success factors internal and external,pest analysis,international competitiveness and HRM planning
2.As for the section A consider the following tht can be examined:
Biz legal structure :sole traders ,,partnership
CPA and Decision trees diagrams
Accounting ratios and intrepretation
Investment Appraisal calculation and evaluation
Marketing and marketing strategy : marketing plan + marketing budget
Govt.Interventions
Industrial Realtions (workforce disputes)
Lean prodution methods and cashflow statements :cashflow forecast ,dealing with cashflow prob.
Lastly read the data 3-4times as answers to some qs might be found in the data itself and all u need to do is just elaborate..Do practice lots and lots of exm papers..... Good luck
