how an expert system is created?
>Users are interviewed for their requirements
>Data is collected from the experts
>Knowledge base is designed
>Rule base is designed
>Inference engine is designed
>Input screens and output formats are designed
>Testing of the system is done by sample inputs

hoe does it work?
>The input data is compared with the knowledge database
>It(the system) will ask for more questions if required
>It will come to some conclusion.
