Who's is Kashmir rightfully

Last time I checked there was no clear majority in favour of anything in kashmir. Everyone must tread carefully.

Yes, there is more injustice than justice in this world!
It is however, not entirely possible to make a decision without considering strength!
A stronger and more deserving ally has always been India! India is also economically balanced!! It has the required sources, finance, and stability to handle an extra country!
Pakistan has troubling managing itself, and the future doesnt look too bright either :S
And ghostt - like I said, Kashmir itself is divided and cannot decide? What about those of you who do not want to hold a pakistani nationality?
And to be frank, i do not think any one in mental stability should consider joining Pakistan, for all the reasons cited above and more...

Banglasdesh was originally part of pakistan, ruled from pakistan like a provine. In 1971/72 I think there was a civil war in which Bangladesh became independent. India intervened and this increased the bitterness.
