Who's is Kashmir rightfully

Let me give the background for those who don't know about it....
Long back in 1947 when Pakistan gained independance from Bharat(India)
Other neighbouring countries were offered to join either Bharat or Pakistan if they wanted to..
many countries willfully joined but kashmir was a different story...
The Maharaja of Kahmir was a pure Sikh(people who never cut their hair and wear a round topea on their heads)
but the majority were muslims. the maharaja decieved the muslims and went india
appealed to the indian government that he wanted to join with India but the muslims would'nt let him
so the Indian army went all the way to kashmir and started blood shed. In period of nine weeks
they killed around 500000 muslims. The British government came to know about this and ordered the
british vice roy in India to travell to kashmir and settle the matter but he denied his command.
When the Pakistani army came to know about it they went to with full troops but it was too late
They Pakistani Army was going to attack but the indian prime minister appealed to the UN and there was a ceasefire.
Next the UN promised to let the kashmiris vote but since then India has denied any solution to this matter.


So decide yourself who should have the Kashmir rightfully Pakistan VS India

It doesn't want to be
Its people want to join Pakistan but India is holding the
disputed area of kashmir forcefully
I don't know the exact reason but may be
to become more powerful which they wont be independantly
they may have not enough resources to do that or
any other reasons
