Wa a'laikum assalaam,

Yes, everybody in the admin team knows about it. I hope it will not be repeated.

Alright, try asking still... I do not study the same subjects as you, nor from the same examinations board, but I will still try to help. I am busy a bit with the Newsletter and the festival, so please, my request is that you keep your posts short, and concise-- direct, and to the point.

And about what happened, apologizing is good as it shows repentance, but it doesn't solve your problem. You need, badly need, to gain some self-confidence.
Life happens at the level of actions-- not words.

thanx alot for ur advise Alpha. Ur words by words are really meaningful. I understood, that I should write in short form and should be very precisely to get the point. It is an advantage. Even this sort is needed for the examination while answering the question paper. So i can learn here how to write short and be more precise. Jazakallukhair Alpha :-* :-* :-*

I also understood, that by apologizing to u will not solve my problems entirely. U r correct. I must improve myself to be confident with whatever comes to my situation, i should overcome and face it.. Insha Allah i try my best to perform it. Allah must help me. ;) ;)

Alpha, the problem I have , is not about studies matter. It is all about class matter.

Actually I know u r not doing science subjects and not the same examination board as I do.. It doesnt matter. I want your suggestions to this case... ;)

In A/L, there are 6 units. Sir Astarmathandphysics told me 25 percent is needed from teacher help and 75 percent is needed ur hard work , which is done by self studying. Am I correct?

So I joined group class at an institute. Over there they have covered all units by the first week of december, those who are doing exam in January.
Since I am doing exam in May, the teachers at an institute told me to join in next year February, those who are doing exam in May.

According to my view, I have done with another teacher for  physics, chemistry and math except Biology and have covered 55 percent ONLY. The rest is not covered at all. And not only that,  we also have not done a single pastpaper at all. They have only taught me what does the concept about and in some part, it is not very clear to me. That’s all they do. Nothing else. How cn I get good grades in the exam???

I thought, if I join from feb, then I will not have time to practice pastpapers at all. I need 3 months to practice pastpapers over and over inorder to make firm .  If I do pastpaper at once, it will never work . Doing pastpaper several times will help me to find out where is my weakness point and then I will learn to improve it. That’s the way to learn. Am I right??

So I decide to complete all units in each subject with the help of teacher by attending another class.

There is no group class right now, where they are starting from the beginning. Most of the group class have covered all units so far , those who are doing exam in Jan. I love group class more than individual. Not because of economy is cheap in group than individual. Information and different students has different capability of understanding and while they ask questions, we can learn by listening their questions as well as answers.

I have noticed in this Life Always, that while talking/discussing or asking questions and giving information or listening their ideas WILL have a huge advantage. The following examples are-
1. It will never forget forever.
2. It will quickly absorb and makes us to think actively.
3. Useful ideas will paste at the back of our mind.
4. In terms of asking questions will make us to think actively and not only that, while thinking, our brains work faster to find out the correct and strong answer related to that questions. It is like an excersise of our brain.

There are so many advantages. That is why I found when I do self studying, I always ask from u, what are the ways to make me active. The only way makes me active is as I have mentioned above. Even self studying , I can speak louder while reading and make questions in my mind ask question to the wall and also get the answer in our mind. Will that help???/

I love group class due to this reason as I mentioned above, but there is two disadvantage. That is , they have covered most of the units and the fees are really expensive.
For AS class for each subject, I must pay 4500 rupees for a month. How many subjects I am doing and I have to pay separately AS and A2 class. So altogether will be  9000 rupees for one subject, I am doing four subjects. So it will be 36000 rupees for a month and the fourth month will be 144000rupees . Almost one lakhs 50000 rupees. This fees my parent can pay for my exam fees.

So therefore I have decided to do only One and half month for individual class to clear the remaining concept and the concept , that I found difficult to understand. Then I can have three months to practice pastpaper and also I will join group class be4 may as a revision to get more knowledge…

Wat is ur suggestions to above matter?? That’s all I want to ask from u. Nothing else. I hope, that I will get positive reply from u. Pls forgive me for writing long post. there is no way to write shortly. If there is the way to write in short form, can u teach me how to write??? I wrote like an essay form... :D :D :D

Waitn for ur reply. wasalaam

I don't understand why you are asking for opinions on this. You do know exactly what you have to do. You know your limitations, you know what you have at your disposal, so go ahead and make the best of it.

And you know, don't be discouraged by the fact that your teachers will not complete 100% of the syllabus. When I did my A Levels, some of my teachers covered it only till 40%. It teaches you to work on your own.

Whether tuition is necessary or not depends on your level and how your teacher works. If you can work faster and better than your tuition teacher does, and if there are no useful tips you can gain from your classes, then I think self study is a better option. It is subjective. If you can't work well without a teacher, then seek one.

Of course. Whether you attend tuitions or not, self study is a must. You are going to give your exams, your teacher will not give them for you.

Science subjects, gotta ask the science students. As for Maths, it's practice. Practice as much as you can.

@ Dk Bose, I don't agree with you. It certainly is possible. Many students have proved that one can get all A* if one is dedicated. We do not need to depend on speculation for that. :)

since i am doing edexcel a/level privately.

In chemistry and Biology, self studying will be fyn rather than physics.

1st option,
Becoz of economy problem i want to join group class, but they told me to join from feb to do from the beginning, those who are doing exam in may. Now they hve covered all units so far , those who are doing exam in Jan.. Then in way no for this month and next month???

2nd option,
Becoz of telling me to join group class in feb, i want to join class now and therefore i join individual class right now, but the fees are very expensive . Like 10 000rp for a month ONLY... Just imagine///

Which option should I follow??
in first option, for this month and next month, i have to do self studying and then join, even then i dont have time finally to practise pastpaper like 3 months are needed to practiceee.

in second option, no self studying, but will hve 3 months for practicing pastpaper....

tel me  ur suggestions

waitn for ur reply
