simple exercise?

Hi all,

I have a bulk tight and calf for my lower body but i am skinny for the upper body. My waist is just 28 cm or lower.

I think this is not normal for boys.

So, what in- house exercises that i can do without using any gym equipment?

Most internet information is trained using the equipment but it is expensive to join a gym.

Any fitness coach here?

How about girls? How to loose your fats around the legs especially the tight and calf?

Its very simple exercise for you to like Yoga and jogging in the morning. If you want to loss some weight you should daily work out and eat veg and fruits more. Drink so much water and avoid junk food.
