What did you have for Suhoor?

Definition: A small meal traditionally eaten before dawn during Ramadan; the final meal before the day's fast begins.
Pronunciation: soo-hoor • (noun)

I had yesterday a yogurt with honey and an apple.

Now there is 40 mins left for Fajir so I had a sandwich and a chocolate. I will still eat something more. =]

I hardly have water . . . Not that I don't want to, I just forget drinking water :-[ So, I go days without it, sometimes a week without it until I get dehydrated. :-\

 :o :o OMG! That's not good sister! You MUST drink water or else you might get very bad kidney disease la qader Allah. I also read a medical article saying we must drink lots of water in the summer because the heat might destroy or kidneys since we would get dehydrated.  :-X

Make an alarm in your mobile or a note for a reminder on the fridge perhaps. Drink at least 2/4 cups a day until you get used to it. =/
