I have heard of a lot of things that I am still not sure whether it's a Rumor/Myth or Real ,so I'm making this thread for you to clear my doubts and others' too =D
Mom and Dad told me :
1.It's NOT good for the Health if you eat any Milk products and Fish.
Reason: I don't get it and don't remember it. My dad says it's a Myth though
2. It's not good to Drink "Red Tea" right after you're done eating especially if it has Meat in it.
Reason: That it destroys the Iron in your body I think if not then because It doesn't allow your body to absorb certain minerals from the food you ate.
3. It's good to drink "Green Tea" right after you're done eating.
Reason: It helps with Digestion.
4. If you eat "Tomatoes" your cheeks are going to be "RED" ,I stopped believing that when I was in 7th grade =.=
Reason: It allows the blood to circulate in a Healthy way, as a result you have Pink cheeks. It makes sense
5. If you drink a Cup of Water when you first wake up ,then after an hour eat break fast.
Reason: it removes the Toxicity from your body.
6.If you drink a cup of Water before each meal i.e. by a few minutes/seconds before the meal ,it makes you lose Weight.
Reason: You feel FULL already and so when you eat you don't eat too much and hence end up losing weight.
I'm not sure though
7.Drinking a cup of water mixed with a few drops of lemon makes you lose Weight.
Reason; It makes you lose your Appetite and end up eating much less. Tried it ,it sucks Wallah *I feel like vomitting when I do that
