Mony, you can add the ™ by holding down the ALT key and typing 0153 on the numerical keypad.  Or simply, copy it from there. :P  ™
Also,
Open the character Map through:
START > ALL PROGRAMS > ACCESSORIES > SYSTEM TOOLS > CHARACTER MAP
(it may take a few seconds to load!)
Choose ARIAL as the font
And you can get others like (©) & (®) and other ARABIC letter!
I remember I once had a ® with my name. ::)

EMO123, the "tm" sign is to show that the words written before the "tm" sign are trademark. It is used to identify the person from others in this case.
