Tips to keep skin healthy and clean

Avoid spicy, oily and junk foods.

Consume at least two bowls of raw vegetables and fruits.

Sleep at least 6 hours a day.

Drink plenty of water.

Exercise regularly.

Keep regular bowel habits.

Practice meditation regularly.

@Romeesa, Peel potatoes, thinly sliced, then blend until the juices, then paste the enclave eye. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes. But you have to be careful, avoid direct contact with the eye, because it will feel painful. After that, clean the residue left over potato starch using water and then wipe with a towel or soft cloth. See the results, the eye bags will be slightly reduced.

It’s easy right? You can do it anytime, and very cheap.
