Carrots help reduce eye numbers!! :) they can be either cut...or made into juice! every morning..and before goin to bed :S somethiin like thaat!
and also..honey helps! just a drop in the eye..every morning..helps! it's gonna burn a little, but i hear it helps :)

Heard a lot about eating lots of carrots and also seafood !
