What is meant by reasoned conclusion in the paper 1 questions where they ask you to discuss the advantages and disadvantages. There is always 1 mark for the reasoned conclusion. What do I write??

Never did Applied ICT but I think, you have to write your 'opinion' about the object or whatever the question is about. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages or is it the other way round? Is 'it' good to use or not?
