the 7 is the thick h  ...the 5 is the thick h with a little dot on it *example in Khalas ...the K is pronounced here as 5 ;) *  I hope you got it :)

GG, mind if I explain??

All that I have gathered till now is:

7= The deep, glottal HHHH' sound
5= "KH"  (or what GG said)
3= "aieen", if your familiar with arabic script... if not, its a glottal "aa"
2= It acts as an apostrophe in romanized Arabic

Though I think an Arab or an Arabic-speaking person could describe it better... I don't even know Arabic.... :P

you don't know Arabic ..for a Non-Arab this info means you pretty much know smthn about our lang ::) :P
