Its a STOP error. Its called Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) in short.
Most of the times, this problem is caused because of the RAM being damaged, or the slot being damaged or the RAM not fixed to the slot properly.
Other, less probable reasons are:
1. Connection cables loose: Check cables to hard disks and other drives to see if they are loose. Check the motherboard too.
2. if you've installed a 3rd party driver recently, select "Last known good configuration" during bootup to rollback the driver.
