Well during his 39 years on Earth, Martin Luther King Jr has made a great contribution for human kind. His achievements are renowned all over the world and his name will remain in history for a very long time if not eternity.

Anyway we'll be discussing about the different events of his life.

Initially we'll discuss about his childhood; from his birth upto 15 years old before he enters Morehouse College.

Then we'll shift to the other parts of his life. I'll let you know when we'll shift.

So i'll start with this :

Michael Luther King was born on the 15th January 1929 in Atlanta. He was the second child of the Reverand Martin Luther King Sr and Alberta Williams King. He had an elder sister, Willie Christine King and a younger brother Alfred Daniel Williams King.

Martin Luther did his schooling from Booker T. Washington High School in Atlanta. After skipping ninth and twelfth grades, he entered Morehouse College at the age of 15. He earned his Bachelor’s of Arts degree, in Sociology, from the same college, in 1948.

In 1951, he graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity degree, from Crozer Theological Seminary in Chester, Pennsylvania. Martin Luther Jr. pursued doctoral studies in systematic theology and earned Doctorate in Philosophy (PhD) degree from Boston University, in 1955.
