DYK my business book say that public limited company have:
ADVANTAGE:
1) Can raise capital by issuing of shares
2) Higher reputation

DISADVANTAGE:
1) Control and leadership is lost
2) conflict arise in business as too many owners.....

CONCLUSION:
???????

This is what i studied 2 years ago and still remember ::)
