is it true that if u get in ur igs all A* and A-lvls A u get a full paid scholarship??some teachers and friends told me so

well my friend's bro got 3 A*   mA 3ali and he got a FULL scholarship to the best Uni in the town we live ;)

thats good,my teachers have all tyheir hope on me as im the only guy in the class which gets above 95% average  :'(
