am trying to get the supporting files but it is not available yet do any one have the supporting files for the exam

I assume you're talking about oct/nov 2010 supporting files. You do not need them before the exam, you'll be instructed during the examination itself, precisely it would be mentioned in the question paper.

Which version of MS office do you use? 2003 or 2007?

In 2003 => Insert > Automated file name and path

In 2007 => Follow the steps in the attachments. You'll get the "Quick parts" button under "Insert" tab on the ribbon.

Wait, you need to make a query in order to create a report. Is it okay if I get back to you tomorrow? Hope it's not urgent, I'm in bit of a hurry. Hope you understand. ;) I'll try to give you a detailed explanation.

and By the way where can i get 2010 MJ P3 resources(nothing such as mail or search a website) so in the exam they give me the files i need?

for p3 resources you have to open the paper on ur comp. and there will be a site http://www.hothouse-design.co.uk/2010XJune
and download all the files and then solve the paper!  ;D
