I'm a United fan and must admit Chelsea are the best team at the moment, but it is still early days... as we saw from last season, the difference between 1st and 2nd was a solitary 1 point.
United have been average so far, they have been leaking a lot of goals recently (eg. Everton game, can't believe we ended up with a draw from 3-1 up!). But the main reason for this was the instability of the defence - error-prone Evans. Now we've got Ferdinand up and running, our 1st choice defensive partnership should provide some solidity at the back. Which leaves Rooney, come on he needs to start improving now!
I hope Man Utd get the ball finally rolling, it's about time!
