well there is a road i germany called autobahn which has no speed limit.... or they were made to be tested by the top gear dudes just to get some reputation ;) hahahahahahaahaha :P :P

All Motorways in Germany are called Autobahns. Its German for Freeway.

There is a speed limit actually of around 130 Km/h.
