Sociology help..

I have been finding it very hard to study Sociology. The book is way to long and detailed for me to finish off in 2 days, can someone please help me out by sending me some useful links that have summaries or anything else that is useful on some of the long and hard topics, like 'Stratification and Diffrinciation' or 'Political Sociology'?
Also, I was wondering if someone could clearify what topics are in each paper, because i have the Sociology for GCSE book by Pauline Wilson and Allan Kidd and the first two chapers would be 'The Sociological Approach' and 'Stratification and Diffrinciation', would they be 'Research Methods' in paper 1?

I don't take the same board as you, so Im not exactly sure about the structure of your paper.

For me, well I do AS Sociology and we have to wrote four essays on the exam. Both Unit 1 and unit 2.

The way I revised was by making about 4 essays on each topic that is most likely to come, I'd learn and understand them, and make sure I've kept an open mind about it, because they may not ask those same questions. However, usually, the content of the essay would apply to any essay regarding that topic (at least that's what I find)

So yeah- write out essays, get them marked by your teacher, learn them, and write 'em in your exam.

Could someone explain why ethnic minorities may have experienced less discrimination in modern industrial societies in recent years>>??

i can give u a general idea ...u gotta talk abt the new laws made by the british gov .....and the change in people's attitude .. how the media is portraying them in a good image .... now that there r more models of them ,so children get a motivation to worker harder an teacher no longer lable them dull (the last one i just made up but it makes perfect sense ;) )

Suggest 2 arguments for and 2 aGainst the view that sociological research should follow the methods of the natural sciences.
Could anyone write a full answer for this.
By the way, it carries 8 marks??

Im taking sociology do u have an idea where i can get the past paper from? i mean i need it from the ineternet do u know any links that has from around 2000-2009 please?
anyone help plz.. im taking sociology this year and im freaked out bec. im doing IGCSE and ppl said u have to do alot of research and its hard is it? ???
and anyone done with IGCSE ict? im gna do it aswell :( help.. i need past papers for ict n sociology thanks specially sociology
