Ok then every month there will be a moron.
The moron will run around the streets of his home town shouting ha ha ha shoot the parrots in a loud voice
he will shake the hands of every 23 person and so he can keep track he shall count in a loud voice, 1,2,3,...,23 hello sir let me shake your hand.
He shall send emails to every person in power telling them they are wrong about the martians.
Other people may have their own suggestions as to what the moron of the month should be made to do.
