Ok i know Arg(z) is the angle made with the positive direction of the x-axis.
But can someone tell me how to do this.
"Find the the greatest value of arg z for points on (this locus) |z-u|= 2."
u = 1+2i
So i drew a circle center (1,2) radius=2. But i dunno how to find the maximum argument.
(the answer is 126.9)
