I am an private candidate and im writing my A levels in may but im completely and totally lost when it comes to the practical paper. I have no idea how to even begin to answer them questions and i dont even have a teacher for any help im studying biology on my own. I dont know anything about the t test or u test or the chi thing, i keep seeing people talk about them on the forums but wth are they?!?! can someone pleaseeee explain the tests to me in brief or give me some notess pleaseeee and thank youu:)

if u keep searching u'll find many files that are very useful
this is a summary for the As practicals fr paper 3B
its very useful
go through each one then go do past papers based on it

To prevent contamination by bacteria. For this experiment you grow ex-plants on agar which contains nutrients suitable for bacterial growth.

hey guys please answer this for me.how do you extract the cells from a blastocyst?you cant just take the cells from the blastocyst.so whats the method of extraction?

You don't need to know how to extract cells from blastocyst. It's about stem cells form unit 2, right? Just take cells from it. How, you don't need to know. You can check the specification for more info.

You are required to know how to carry out an experiment to know if plant cells are totipotent or not.
You must know what totipotency means.
But, you don't have to describe totipotency in plant cells. I don't really get your question.
