System analysis is kinda strange but I found them pretty easy though. If you don't understand what in the world the syllabus is talking about, past papers are the key. For ICT, to be honest, no need to revise, do the past papers & memorise the answers and they can guarantee you more than 75%. :D

A systems analyst has been asked by a travel agent to computerise the records she keeps
about available holidays.
The systems analyst must produce a screen input form which the travel agent could use
for typing in the details of each holiday. Design a suitable screen input form for inputting
the details of one holiday.

As far as I know, It will be a 5 mark question, so it should have minimum of 5 such fields.
For example you can include these fields.

hey, you guys  :)
i'm horrible at system analysis  :-[
i read it off the book maybe 3 times, and ended up memorizing it, but i can't seem to get it stuck in my head.
does anyone have good notes?
and i don't really know a surefire way to distinguish between hubs, ports, switches, etc.
do any of you know any good mnemonics that'll help?
thank you  :D
