Biomechanical engineering and research

i was thinking of going into bio mechanical engineering and research. I was wondering, how is it as an upcoming field and which universities are good of it and what subjects should i take in A-levels.

currently i am in Pakistan but for undergrad and masters I would like to study in the UK or US
