I want to know how to do this question please...

0418/02
Paper 2 Practical Test October/November 2008

15 Produce a new report from all the data which:
• shows only the records which contain the word decaffeinated in the Notes field <=====
• has a page orientation of portrait
• shows only the fields Code, Product, Price and Stock
• is sorted into descending order of Code

summary is basically creating a query wherein u jus havta mak a query followed by a report... it is usually export it to 'rtf'(for importing in a text document/ preferably exported from a report) or excel (.xlsx  for graph or charting package / suitably from a query)..
post a ques frm a past paper fo instance...because it always depends on the question....hopefully i'd b ab;e 2 answer tht... :)
