i.c.t quick question

1st question in frontpage how to set the style for font as p or li cuz i choose the styles such as h1 h2 h3 etc from the toolbar up at the left and it doesnt contain the p or li styles

2nd question when they ask for a colour of dark blue in front page do i choose any colour or i have to write 000066
