u mean input screen and output screen here is the guide for it http://www.igcseict.info/theory/8/design/

it usualy have the title above close button

then fill the page with details example names adresses telephones

then at the end put a submit button and previous and forward buttons and put reset button

no just write fields names ... can you please tell me the differences between batch processing, online processing and
real-time processing it's really confusing me !!

1-parrallel running
2-pilot running
3-direct changeover
