Too big a bite

I am trying to install a mod on my website for users to submit question without having to sign up for anything. Of course I need lates.
I didn't realise however that it would be a 2GB program which also demands I install lots of other programs one by one before I can use it. It has taken 3 days so far and is still not finished.
