go through this: http://www.knockhardy.org.uk/assets/08KIN.PDF
it helped me....thought not to sure with the ques.
Questions like that do come....this is CIE!

Lets do some predictions : wat mite come in Paper 42 this time!! which paper 4 u guys doin?? (all this is about CIE only)
I think Chem energetics; lattice enthalpy will def. come, could b in paper 41 /42 or both!!
Somethings quantitative in electrochem..(E values, faraday) / rate of reactions(orders) mite come... =|
Mayb less calculations with pH, Ka, etc...in acid-base equilibria
just guesses from other papers....any1 know for organic A2 sections??

Thanks... i finally figured it out. it was cie.
i believ there will be ionic equilibria, reaction kinetics, inorganic n tough questions of organics. the rest i do not know. i hope the application questions r not difficult. i really need to work well. i didn't do my best for p2 and p5  :'(

yeah same! My chem p5 went a lil bad :(  But thats just 12% weightage....hopefully p33 practical chem(12% aswel) will balance it out; p2 went good...but not best
what do u think mite come in application ques.??

whatever comes out...im failing that section.never got the hang of it.
think will get NMR.. im not sure about DNA but maybe nanotechnology... partition coefficient. i dont think we'll get spider n silkworm silk (kevlar) got it on nov 08 n j09... unless cambridge likes that section  ??? wat do u think?

mayb 4 electrochemistry we cn get on avogadro's constant...
n 4 rate of reaction am fnkin we cn get graphs n 2 show tht the reaction ws 1st order(we hv 2 show constnt half lives n all)
equations n obsrvations 4 transition metals
organic 4 sure we wil b hvng on aromatic cmpnds...n nitrogen cmpounds(its in the A2 syllabus)so knw all ur reactions vry well
n also iodo form test
n 4 application part...knw all ur notes well...esp on electrophoresis.

NOTE: its only sm guesses...
