I'd like to learn more about islam as well..but arabic this.. -_-
There are english translations as well and different books in english by which you can know more =)

Oh wow. This very interesting! :D I'd visit India one day inshAllah. AOL will take me from the airport. :P

Islam...well I'm there if you need anything.

It's basically believing in one God that is ALLAH and his messenger who is our Prophet Muhammed pbuh and Quran is the book of Islam. You can find it translated in English, many non-Muslims read it, its a book full of knowledge, wisdom, literature, way of living and even science! :D

Maybe I'll explain to you more about Islam via pm. =]

to add a bit more of information here ! as far as i know till today hinduism has had 3200 gods who stay in heaven and heaven plus earth = 330 million gods !!  saints are included  included in the count !!

Hmm.. I've heard that Hinduism allows praying to anything as god? is this true? Like during the cricket world cup, many people in India were praying to Sachin as god?

lol haha i know people did that ! but that was foolishness ! sachin is no god ! they considered him god like just because he plays well ! but thats  craziness !
