yes i agree with yousef that its ok when doing it near places like the desert where there arent many ppl, its actually really fun, esp when racing up the dunes :P
i only said yes considering that ppl race on public streets with alot of other people, ive been into 1 race that almost killed me myself, so yes it is a crime when doing it in public.

and yeah it should be banned in public places since it is a potential hazard to life and property as well as a nuisance. if they want to race they should do it in specially built areas or closed tracks
