all u do is
1. print screen.
2. open paint.
3. paste the pic.
4. choose the rectangular icon thingy.
5. highlight what u want.
6. copy and paste it,then save.
7. open imageshack and upload the pic :D

done :P

and i been kinda busy lately, u ?
