done with malasyia, but so far all of them are saying my grades are good enough, but I cannot apply with the Provisional Results  
Canada i am not sure where to start from yet

not good enough isnt B good ??

mm.. canada hw bout toronto.. uni of toronto is good.. !

the grades ARE god enough, but they will not accept my application until i send them the official certificate, which is around october, and since i have to apply 2-3 month before the intakes (for visa application), that means i have  very little time to waste when i receive the certificate

oh..kay.. yea.. so then why dont u just fill up the application for now.. nd then send them when u get ur actual certificate

And plus, they clearly say that applicants should attach all relevant necessary documents (passport, reports, etc)
