4 Ulcer eat yogourt,n sip ok milk after every half an hour
n DONT EAT SPICY,HOT  OR ANYTHING 4 OUTSIDE

i had ulcer in my stomach last year,
i used to eat cornflakes n bread with Jam thatt it

n alot alot of milk n water

how is it that noone is worried for 10 August.
Please pple,i need you all to pray to God that i be the first to get my result(no parents,no friends,no teachers and not even student forum :D).
and about my vacations.just completed my 236 movie this summer..woohoo a new record.
