No, not or IGs. In the AS and A-Levels, they do.

no cie IGCSE doesnt state percentages in the final report its just grades (A*-U) but however the AS do provide percentages like A 89%.....

CIE has started giving percentages to students in India. for example: i got 98% in math in november

but u have to pay something extra i believe for that eligibility certificate. On the result they give our percentile(that's w8 my friend in AS told)

speaking of which, do u think we have to get 90% or above to get an A*. because science was really messed up this year. :(

If you perform in the top 10% out of all, you can get an A*.

I do not think that CIE give the percentages, because its according to what they said on website and every exams has different threshold.
if 60% - A, it looks weird :D
