yup,

daily jogging either on treadmil or outside (i prefer the treadmil as i can catch up on my tv shows  :P)

50 sit ups and 50 push ups daily

on weekends, go play a soccer match or two with ur friends, if u hate soccer, u have basketball, swimming, handball, volley ball, etc.

another way of exercising and having fun is the nintendo wii (especially if u have the wii fit)

and if u want a healthy diet, dont eat a lot for dinner, a fruit and water is more than enough  ;)

chilis restaurant food is tasty but have a lot of fats ( specially the corn) as they add butter to the most of their meals

so beware  ;)

If you are jogging a lot and exercising a lot you will not think of food* , eat more apples as it contains fibers which the stomach cannot digest so you will not feel hungry for a while

( according to my experience )

lol yea i made a mistake there, and shogun means, in japanese the highest ranked ancient millitary, mostly from the album and hard metal song shogun by trivium, where the lyrics are mostly about ppl litterally ripping thier veins out of thier skins, which was done during the millitary of half men and half bull,its a type of a myth.
im pretty sure a girl wouldnt like to hear those stuff....
