and i need explanation i hav the markin scheme but i need to understnad it

2c: the change in speed is 9.5 m/s cause frm 9.5,when the ball touches the grnd it comes to 0 so its 9.5 i hope thats what the mark scheme says

8c: the function of a diode is that its a rectified, it changes frm A.C to D.C so as the A.C current flows in forward bias of the diode, the diode allows the flow but when A.C flows in the opposite direction, the diode doesn't allow that so A.C changes to D.C

n for 2007 i don't hav the paper so if u give me the question, ill clear it

uh wat r the four equations of motion again

s= ut + 0.5a(t^2)
s = (u+v)/2
v = u + at
v^2 = u^2 + 2as
 

i found fifth equation of  motion
i dont think its there in portion, but i found 5th one
its rocks.

u have to draw a tangent to the point (where the dent lies)
this way u get the point on the x-axis near 24

24-20 = 4 --> 4/2 = 2

2*12 = 24m!

hey cud sum one explain how to calculate the voltage using a CRO?

u need to knw the value of voltage per square in the CRO when u knw that note down how many squares the crest of the wave goes to n then multiply it with the voltage per square n that gives u the total voltage

i remember it this way
newton had 3 sons..satu, vatu and vasu (indian names)
satu => s= ut + 0.5at^2 (s,u,t,a = satu)
vatu => v=u +at (v, u, a, t =vatu)
vasu => v^2 = u^2 + 2as (v, u, a, =vasu)

i know its funny..
but good to remember the formulaes

well they r important really really important u knwing them might aswell save u some marks in the exam, not knwing them is a bad gamble so jus remember um tk
n ill get on to the radiation part after 5 mins
