its great , im working on efficency rather than jumpping on to heavy weights
for all workouts -imagine bench press : i push and hold up for 2 seconds , then slowly come back for about 4 seconds and thn ppush again for 2 seconds and hold up 2 seconds . Agonizing but very effiecent!
i changed my schedul tho
sun : bi + bench monday : swimming + tead mill tue :tri + back wed : swimming + football thursday fri : shoulders + swimming
Saturday holiday
this way i give my muscles loads of rest ! the next time i use the same muscle is a week after ! plenty of rest ( but this afcurse is ignoring that sometimes you dont use the same muscles with other workouts )
